How Does It Work?
In a few easy steps, you will be connected to a stylist who can guide you through this process.
Booking Your Appointment
Complete the form below to request your 30 minute Initial Virtual Consultation! Once we receive the appointment request, we will reach out to schedule a video call using Zoom or Facetime. We can also do this via the telephone if you choose.
This is also the perfect time to send over your vision boards, such as Pinterest or Instagram screenshots. Our bridal stylist will guide you in the right direction in terms of correctly sizing yourself and we will be able to collect all the information that we need to schedule your appointment.
Initial Virtual Consultation
During this virtual appointment, you will be able to connect with your experienced stylist that will be able to go over designers and styles that fit your wedding vision and give you more details. We will have a pre-selected set of dresses for you to view, and will have the opportunity to pick more styles as we talk through the details and start making style decisions. During your consultation, you will be able to narrow down your choices to your top 3 that you would like to try on at home!
Unfortunately, not all our consignment dresses will not be available for at home service.
At-Home Try On Service
Your 2-4 dresses will come individually sealed. You will also receive a stylist kit including clips, measuring tape, and other necessities to assist you. This will give you the opportunity to try on wedding gowns with family at home, and your stylist will be available to assist over video chat with helpful information about each gown when you’re ready.
All brides within the city limits of Edmonton will have their dresses delivered & picked up free. All brides in Strathcona County, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and St. Albert s will simply pay a one time $50 fee for shipping.
Time frame: You’ll have 24 hours from the time you receive the dresses to send them back or request pick up.

All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a temperature high enough to kill bacteria & viruses.
There is a service fee of $100 for In Home Try Ons.
